Horizontal Systems:

PROTECTA incorporating Ariana 8mm lifeline and Hercule rail system.

SALA incorporating Evolution 8mm, SayfGlida (8mm & 12mm) lifeline systems, EZ-line temporary lifeline system & the Vacuum Anchor system.

With regard to design, Horizon are able to utilise their vast wealth of experience on tall structures to ensure a safe solution to any problem.

Lifeline systems can be fitted to the following structures:Buildings - Silos -Masts - Roofs - Vessels - Towers -Shafts - Chimneys - Conveyors - CranesThe above list is an example only and any structure can be covered however unconventional.

Lifeline systems can be anchored to the following materials:

Concrete, stonework, masonry, steel trapezoidal roof sheets, aluminium standing seam roof sheets, membrane roofs (single-ply and mineral felt), asphalt roofs, copper/zinc built up roofs, timber structure including 19mm+ ply-wood sheets (SALA EVOLUTION), steelwork, ladders etc

Case Studies

Two of Horizon's latest projects have been the installation of Lifeline systems to listed buildings at Oxford University and to test facilities for Rolls Royce.

These installations included the provision of PPE, Rescue systems, system user training & rescue training.
